Job summary

Americhem is recruiting a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to own budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the globe. You will build robust models, drive scenario planning, and translate driver data into actionable insights for executives.

You will partner with leaders to define KPIs, validate results against operations, and advance automation and AI usage in finance workflows. This role requires strong communication and strategic business sense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 4–8 years of FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.
• Manufacturing/ multi-site ops experience preferred; advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned components of annual budget, monthly forecast, long-range plan, and scenario planning with data collection and executive-ready communication.
• Build and maintain multi-scenario models and what-if analyses showing financial impact of changes in volume, price, mix, productivity, costs, and capex.
• Own timely monthly and quarterly performance reporting with key results, drivers, risks, and actions for leaders.
• Develop clear performance narratives explaining what happened, why, and what to do next.
• Partner with functional leaders to define KPIs and track corrective actions.
• Assess investments, major programs, and strategic initiatives; provide ROI, risk, cash, and fit recommendations.
• Prepare concise, decision-ready materials for FP&A leadership, CFO, and ELT.
• Improve integrity and usability of management reporting by aligning definitions and data sources.
• Identify ways to simplify, digitize, and automate recurring reporting using existing tools and AI.
• Maintain connection to operations to validate insights against reality.
• Collaborate with Global FP&A Director to improve processes, tools, and communication.
