Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to communicate insights to senior leadership.
• Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
• Adaptive Planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and ongoing projections.
• Develop executive reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Evaluate revenue, margins, expenses, pricing, and operational performance.
• Build financial models for strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business decisions.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to identify risks, opportunities, and spending trends.
• Improve financial reporting, systems, and FP&A processes.
