Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business or Accounting required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Up to 10 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and analyzing trends.
• Experience in professional services with client-facing exposure.
• Proficiency with Excel, Tableau or Quantrix and presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and performance analysis for practices and offices.
• Coordinate quarterly forecast timelines with finance teams.
• Prepare revenue and timekeeper compensation analyses for forecasts.
• Develop and manage Business Unit Planning reporting.
• Support mergers and acquisitions analyses when needed.
• Create self-service tools and provide insights to leadership.
