GSM Outdoors is seeking a Corporate FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis across the organization. You will partner with executives, consolidate performance across brands, and support acquisitions and capital investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial forecasting process and annual operating plan.
• Consolidate results across brands and functions for executive reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, and capital investments.
• Provide analyses to support pricing, product profitability, and SG&A optimization.
• Prepare executive, Board, and lender reporting with clear insights and recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to improve forecast accuracy and financial performance.
