Job summary

Galloway & Company seeks an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis for executive decision-making. You will build scalable processes and drive KPI visibility while supporting acquisition integration.

Initially an individual contributor with a clear path to managing FP&A resources, you will translate financial data into actionable insights and strengthen the FP&A infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in professional services, AEC, or project-based environments preferred.
• Experience supporting high-growth or acquisition-driven organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain management reporting packages, including variance analysis and executive dashboards.
• Track and analyze KPIs, including utilization, revenue drivers, and profit center performance.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Support acquisition integration with consolidated reporting and synergy tracking.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and strategic initiatives.
• Improve reporting processes and data integrity across ERP, BI, and Excel tools.
