Our Client, a trusted leader in disaster restoration, is seeking an FP&A Manager in Haltom City, TX. You will support financial reporting, review, and analysis at the corporate and consolidated level, working with Accounting and Senior Leadership to assess performance and guide strategy.

The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling for capital projects, and executive-level presentations. It requires close collaboration with operations to understand drivers; this is an on-site

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting decks and management presentations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting at the corporate level.
• Analyze variance to budget and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain ERP and BI system knowledge to deliver insights.
• Assist with debt covenant reporting and ad hoc analyses.
