Job summary

Our Client, a trusted disaster restoration leader, seeks an FP&A Manager in Haltom City, TX to lead financial reporting, forecasting, and consolidation at corporate level. This on-site role reports to the Corporate Controller and excludes remote relocation.

You will drive budgeting, cash flow analysis, and executive-ready presentations with senior leadership. Responsibilities include monthly decks, variance analyses, debt reporting, and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• MBA or professional certification such as CFA or CPA is a plus but not required.
• General accounting experience; strong communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting decks and management presentations for senior leadership and private equity sponsor.
• Prepare monthly commentary on financial results, trends, and variances from budget and forecasts at the consolidated level.
• Assist with the annual corporate budgeting process by consolidating branch budgets and presenting analyses.
• Assist with debt covenant compliance reporting and related analytical support.
• Partner with leadership to support mid- to long-term financial planning through data-driven analysis and modeling.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Develop understanding of ERP, data, and BI systems to deliver insights into business performance.
• Maintain rolling 13-week cash forecast and analyze cash flow and working capital trends.
• Prepare monthly borrowing base file for asset-based lending agreement.
• Analyze cash flow and working capital to identify improvement opportunities for management.
• Support special projects and ad hoc consolidated analysis as needed.
