Cummins seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic finance for the Enterprise Platforms under Corporate IT in the Indianapolis area. You will partner with technology and business leaders to optimize spend, drive insights, and influence investment decisions.

The role requires CPA/CMA or Chartered Accountant and substantial supervisory experience, with a focus on accuracy, governance, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA/CMA or Chartered Accountant or similar certification preferred.
• Significant experience in supervising and leading a team of analysts.
• Strong partnering with business stakeholders to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, consolidate, and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports to support performance tracking.
• Analyze and present financial data and trends to leadership for decisions.
• Lead a team of financial analysts including coaching and performance management.
• Drive strategic financial analysis projects to support business growth and goals.
• Ensure compliant and accurate financial reporting using company systems.
