Cummins Inc. is seeking a talented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Finance team in Indianapolis, IN.

You will partner with business leaders to deliver budgets, forecasts, and insightful financial analyses that drive strategic decision‑making. You will lead a team of Financial Analysts, champion continuous improvement of planning processes, and ensure accurate reporting in support of the Enterprise Platforms initiatives across Corporate IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
• Professional certification (CPA, CMA, CA or equivalent) required.
• Significant supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, consolidate, and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and review periodic financial reports to support business performance tracking.
• Analyze, interpret, and present financial data and trends to leadership for decision-making.
• Lead a team of Financial Analysts through coaching, workload allocation, and performance management.
• Drive strategic financial analyses to support growth and investment decisions.
