TekGlobal Partners in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a seasoned FP&A transformation consultant to drive finance-rebuild projects. You will partner with CFOs to redesign planning processes, automate reporting cycles, and implement driver-based forecasting using EPM tooling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in FP&A, management consulting, or finance transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one EPM tool (OneStream, Anaplan, Hyperion, or Adaptive).
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial close processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA a plus.
