Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager for Amazon Grocery – AI-Native FP&A, WW Grocery Stores FP&A. This role partners with senior leaders to deliver planning reports, drive cost-saving initiatives, and automate reporting processes leveraging AI.

You will influence strategic decisions and champion data-driven insights across the business. The candidate will own planning cycles, work with cross-functional partners, and develop the team’s vision in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience
• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making
• 6+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Responsibilities

• Support planning cycles (e.g., rest-of-year, 1-year, 3-year, 10-year), including preparing financials reports and P&Ls, conducting in-depth analysis, and collecting key insight from finance partners.
• Drive strategic projects across our Amazon Grocery banners.
• Provide valuable insight for decision‑making and financial planning.
• Analyze and recommend cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support WW Amazon Stores Finance (IPAT) and Corporate FP&A to communicate grocery plans and performance to Amazon senior leadership and Board.
