Job summary

Beacon Mobility Corp. seeks an FP&A Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and data governance across the company. This role focuses on accurate, timely insights and scalable, automatic reporting to support leadership decisions.

You will own KPI development, executive dashboards, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Operations, HR, and Talent teams. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics (MBA/CPA preferred) and 6–10 years in FP&A, with strong Excel and

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
6–10 years FP&A, financial reporting or analytics experience.
Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
MBA or CPA preferred; transportation/ multi-site ops experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve enterprise reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting packages.
Deliver timely, accurate financial and operational reporting to leadership.
Build scalable, automated reporting to improve speed and transparency.
Lead deep-dive analyses on trends, variances, and performance drivers.
Partner with business leaders to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
Drive data governance, standard definitions, and a single source of truth.
