Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (advanced Excel required).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-site businesses, or private equity-backed environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for corporate functions.
• Partner with functional leaders to develop and manage departmental budgets.
• Analyze monthly results vs. budget/forecast and articulate key drivers of variance.
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to IT, HR, RCM, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
• Support cost management initiatives and identify opportunities for efficiency and ROI improvement.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across corporate functions.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics and assist in scalable reporting processes.
