Job summary

ENT Specialty Partners is seeking a hands-on FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and recurring management reporting for its national ENT practices. The role collaborates with executive leadership to translate financial results into actionable insights.

You will own end-to-end reporting, build scalable processes, and support performance improvement initiatives in a physician MSO environment, with emphasis on healthcare finance and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred, but not required).
• 5–7 years of FP&A, healthcare finance, or financial analysis experience with ownership of recurring reporting.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with ERP/BI platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting capabilities with scalable processes.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and cost-reduction efforts.
• Monitor KPIs and provide variance analysis and insights.
• Own end-to-end monthly and quarterly management reporting and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, IT/Data, and Operations.
