Job summary

ONEOK is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to lead corporate planning for the Permian region, developing forecasts, annual plans and long-range outlooks. You will translate producer contracts, commercial terms, and operational drivers into validated models for executives.

Responsibilities include coordinating plans, supervising staff, preparing board and investor presentations, and delivering insightful analyses to guide strategic decisions in a safe, compliant energy company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 6–10 years in forecasting and financial analysis.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning or HSF.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of company plans and forecasts.
• Supervise employees engaged in those activities.
• Analyze financial data to assess proposals and assumptions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Board of Directors and investors.
• Develop and maintain complex budgeting and forecasting models.
• Support executives with strategic decision making.
• Communicate financial results to management and auditors.
