Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA a plus.
• Proven working experience or training as a financial analyst.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, MS Office and financial software.
• Strong forecasting, corporate finance and data analysis knowledge.
• Willing to travel to operations facilities for financial training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and presentations.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data including budgets and forecasts.
• Develop financial models and conduct benchmarking.
• Identify trends and advise FP&A on actions.
• Track actuals vs forecasts and explain variances.
• Assist with capital expenditure requests and ROI analysis.
• Support managers with financial reporting and decision making.
• Drive process improvements and policy development.
