Growth Strategy Consultants in Corona, CA seeks a Financial Planning Manager with 7+ years of Consolidations experience to own complex consolidation processes and drive accurate financial reporting. You will lead cross-functional efforts, ensure CA payroll compliance, and streamline month-end close to deliver timely, reliable insights for leadership decisions.

You will work with stakeholders across entities, balancing priorities and maintaining strong governance.

• 7+ years of Consolidations experience.
• Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through.
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet.
• A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the finance cost structure into a pricing floor leadership trusts
• Reconcile payroll liabilities so the CA filings never bounce
• Streamline month-end close to reduce reporting turnaround time
• Oversee accounts reconciliation across multiple entities and currencies
• Sharpen month-end close until it runs in days, not weeks
• Keep the part-time commission calc transparent enough to survive a dispute
• Draft the board deck that turns numbers into a decision
• Own grant compliance so Growth Strategy Consultants never returns a restricted dollar
