Avis Budget Group is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Car Rental Business to lead segment P&L reporting, drive cross-functional alignment, and own the profit allocation tool. You will collaborate with Sales, IT, Risk, and Finance to advance analytics and improve reporting speed, accuracy, and controls.

You will mentor the FP&A Analyst, present to senior leadership, and identify automation opportunities using SQL/Python and AI to enhance performance insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• MBA a plus but not required.
• Strong command of P&L structure and cost allocation concepts.
• Experience with or interest in applying AI tools to finance/reporting workflows is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; design allocation logic from first principles.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and influence cross-functionally.
• People management or mentorship experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own segment-level P&L reporting and performance analysis.
• Bridge between Sales and Finance to explain performance.
• Lead development of revenue/cost profit allocation tool.
• Design and validate driver-based allocation methodologies.
• Coordinate with IT, Risk, and other Finance teams for data/sign-off.
• Drive adoption of the tool via training and interpretation of results.
• Manage FP&A Analyst.
• Present findings to senior Finance and Sales leadership.
• Establish and improve reporting processes and controls.
• Identify opportunities to apply automation and SQL/Python/AI.
