Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL and Python a strong plus.
• Experience with revenue and cost analysis is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting on segment performance (e.g., corporate accounts, channels, geographies, rate/mix).
• Analyze P&L results against plans, forecast, and prior year; identify key drivers of variance.
• Translate performance trends into financial terms for sales leaders and vice versa.
• Assist in building out and maintaining the revenue and cost allocation tool.
• Pull data from Oracle/OCI, Redshift; build and maintain models in Excel.
