Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the organization. This role will own the annual budget process, build financial models, and deliver insightful reports to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities include improving automation of reporting, partnering with Treasury for liquidity planning, and developing decision-ready presentations for the Board and senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, budgeting and management reporting.
• Solid understanding of finance, accounting, information systems.
• Five+ years of FP&A or related experience; banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget process with stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting tool for budgets and forecast cycles.
• Develop reporting and analyses for executives and boards.
• Translate financial insights into business recommendations.
• Support balance sheet and liquidity planning with Treasury.
