You will partner with business leaders to build annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and headcount plans, develop long-range scenarios, and standardize FP&A processes, delivering clear narratives to senior leadership.

Strong communication, advanced Excel/SQL/Tableau skills, and the ability to align multiple stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience in high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to build and maintain financial models and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with the C-suite and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to build annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop headcount planning models and long-range planning scenarios.
• Enhance FP&A processes, tools, and reporting for accuracy and visibility.
• Provide ROI analyses, evaluate new initiatives, and support business cases.
• Collaborate with Accounting on monthly variance analysis and data integrity.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable narratives for leadership.
