Job summary

Bread Alone is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will track KPIs, coordinate capital expenditure reviews, and provide actionable insights to executive leadership to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires deep financial modeling, proficiency with Excel and ERP/EPM tools, and collaboration with IT to automate reporting and master data management. On-site at headquarters with significant cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and forecasting experience to drive strategic planning.
• Consolidated monthly and annual reporting with KPI tracking.
• Audits coordination for compliance and accuracy of reporting.
• Analytical support for senior leadership on ROI, DCF and elasticity.
• Collaborate with IT to automate reporting and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting and KPI analysis.
• Coordinate review of capital expenditures and material financial agreements.
• Oversee audit coordination to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
• Support monthly closings with CFO and accounting teams.
