Sayari is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the annual budgeting process, manage forecasting, and develop financial models to support critical business decisions.

You will partner with department heads, prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership, and drive process improvements across planning and reporting. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A, strong Excel and financial systems proficiency, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including in a technology organization.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting with department heads.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast performance and assess investments.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership.
• Act as a strategic partner, offering financial guidance across teams.
• Drive process improvements to enhance planning and reporting accuracy.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and special projects for senior management.
