The ideal candidate brings advanced FP&A experience in a global context, proficiency with Workday and SAP-like systems, and strong communication skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or Finance with 8+ years in a global matrix organization.
• CPA/CMA/CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience with Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning is strongly preferred.
• Strong finance, budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis within a complex matrix.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial metrics to inform strategy across the organization.
• Attract, retain, and lead a proactive budgeting team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support budget and forecast processes.
• Identify cost savings and drive efficiency improvements.
• Evaluate financial impact of opportunities and prepare reports.
• Support long-range planning, internal controls, and system initiatives.
• Coordinate with functions on special projects and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as directed.
