Job summary

Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for an assigned service line. You will partner with service line leadership to deliver forward-looking financial insight and drive accountability for financial goals.

The role requires 8+ years in FP&A within a professional services context, plus strong proficiency in Power BI and Workday Adaptive Planning, and deep familiarity with GAAP close processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A with ownership of planning cycles, not just reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI proficiency.
• Workday knowledge across financial/reporting modules.
• Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience building driver-based models.
• Professional services industry experience with billable vs non-billable economics.
• Strong GAAP close process understanding and collaboration with accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycle for the service line.
• Partner with service line leadership to translate data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain FP&A dashboards and reporting to drive decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, explain variances, and tell the story behind the numbers.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and drive process improvements and standardization.
