Job summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analytics for assigned service lines. You will partner with service line leadership, own the full budgeting cycle, and drive actionable insights to improve profitability and performance.

Responsibilities include building FP&A frameworks, maintaining rolling forecasts, and delivering standardized dashboards in Power BI and Workday Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional services experience (accounting firm, consulting, or advisory).
• Ownership of planning cycles (budget, forecast, actuals) required.
• Accounting exposure or close partnership with accounting function required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboarding.
• Workday knowledge across financial reporting, HCM, and time-tracking modules.
• Hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience building driver-based models.
• Experience with billable vs non-billable economics, utilization and realization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical frameworks for the service line, including capacity planning and revenue analytics.
• Partner with service line leadership to align financial goals and strategic planning.
• Own the full budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycle; maintain rolling forecast and identify risks/opportunities.
• Lead month-end close reporting; standardize reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and promote best practices across planning and analysis.
• Create FP&A policies and a scalable reporting infrastructure.
