Job summary

Yamaha Motor Finance, US seeks an experienced Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial and operational analysis across six business units. You will drive budgeting, forecasting and month-end close, and develop sophisticated models for pricing, derivatives and partnerships.

You will mentor two analysts, partner with BU leaders, and shape financial thought leadership to support strategic initiatives and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Economics required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of financial services experience, preferably in structured finance or financial engineering.
• Expert level financial modeling skills.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills.
• Hands-on management style with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work across a complex organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Advocate for diversity and inclusion and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional budgeting, forecasting and month-end close with business-unit leaders.
• Quantify financial impacts of risks and opportunities to guide planning.
• Conduct complex modeling to evaluate new business opportunities and models.
• Develop key financial optimization models, including pricing frameworks.
• Manage and develop two financial analysts; provide guidance and mentorship.
