Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare seeks an experienced Senior Manager, FP&A to lead key initiatives, own monthly and quarterly reporting, and drive budgeting and forecasting across the organization.

The role partners with accounting and cross-functional teams to deliver near real-time financial insight, support strategic decisions, and enhance model-driven planning. This is a high-visibility, full-time senior finance position.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Applied Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in tech-enabled healthcare, services, or SaaS/subscription-based businesses preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (complex formulas, operational-to-financial forecast modeling).
• Experience with NetSuite and planning tools (Adaptive Insights) strongly preferred.
• Ability to gather and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages with variance analysis, KPIs, and executive scorecards.
• Partner with Accounting to ensure timely close processes and reporting alignment.
• Support audit and investor reporting deliverables, owning FP&A inputs end-to-end.
• Perform variance analysis on key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Own FP&A month-end and quarter-end close activities and executive reporting.
• Drive annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes with department leaders.
• Model three-statement financials, headcount and compensation planning, and scenario analysis.
• Lead monthly budget vs. actual reviews with department heads.
• Identify value-creation opportunities across margin, pricing, cost structure, and working capital.
