Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis in Durham to lead monthly/quarterly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will build financial models, partner with cross-functional teams, and present to the executive group to drive growth and financial discipline.

The role requires a strategic, execution-focused leader with 8+ years in FP&A, strong communication, and the ability to influence at the GM/ELT level in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA highly preferred.
• 8+ years of financial planning and analysis with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with cost center accounting, management reporting, and business modeling.
• Proficiency in Oracle PBCS, Excel and SAP; strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning.
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analyses for senior leadership.
• Create presentations for the Senior Management Team and Board.
• Analyze revenue, costs, expenses and capital expenditure trends.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide evidence-based analytics to inform decisions of the GM/ELT.
• Monitor performance indicators and communicate insights.
• Collaborate with Audit & Risk to assess business risks and implement mitigations.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior and business-unit management.
