Job summary

Tract Capital Management, LP is seeking a Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with multiple functions across a fast-paced, entrepreneurial finance team.

The role supports budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and reporting, and builds enhanced FP&A processes and outputs. The successful candidate will bring 5+ years in budgeting and forecasting, strong FP&A discipline knowledge, GAAP literacy, and expert Excel skills to drive scalable reporting and strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting experience.
• Strong command of FP&A disciplines: planning, reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecasting, financial modeling.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statements.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft applications.
• Ability to build scalable processes and reporting frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to multiple functional teams and translate business drivers into insights.
• Prepare financial updates, packages, and presentations for leadership and partners at project/product/consolidated levels.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytical modeling for capital projects.
• Deliver variance analysis, KPI reporting, and insights to improve forecast accuracy and accountability.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiency across projects, products, and operations.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation in finance operations.
