Job summary

BDO USA in Columbus seeks an FP&A Business Line Leader to oversee financial analysis and planning for a defined line such as Advisory or Specialty Assurance. You will collaborate with line leaders to provide insights and drive strategic decisions and profitability.

The role requires 6+ years in finance, a strong Excel and finance systems toolkit, and leadership capabilities to partner with firm leaders on budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 6+ years finance experience.
• Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
• Strong Excel proficiency and knowledge of financial systems.
• Ability to lead FP&A activities for multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Leverages technology to research, compile and analyze financial information.
• Monitors performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Prepares budgets, forecasts and long-term plans with leaders.
• Supports executive materials for management and board.
