Job summary

Confidential is seeking a strategic and forward-looking Corporate FP&A Director to serve as a key financial business partner to the executive leadership team. Reporting to the CFO, this on-site role drives planning, analysis, and capital allocation to optimize profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities include leading the annual operating plan and long-range planning, managing CAPEX budgeting, and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts to the CEO and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in Strategic Finance/FP&A, partnering with executives; manufacturing or project-based experience preferred.
• Experience with percentage of completion revenue and accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling platforms (OneStream preferred).
• Strong leadership with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the company-wide annual operating planning process and long-range strategic planning.
• Provides support to business units on annual planning and budgets.
• Manages CAPEX budgeting and ROI monitoring for major investments.
• Provides monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts to management and the Board.
• Collaborates with CFO and finance teams to synchronize cash and debt forecasts.
• Works with senior management to present financial insights to the CEO and Board.
• Maintains historical data on key metrics and monitors competitor pricing and performance.
