The Senior Director of FP&A at C.H. Guenther leads enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, ensuring accurate, board-ready insights across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Corporate functions.

Based in San Antonio, TX, this role partners with the VP Finance and CFO to shape long-term strategy, optimize capital allocation, and drive value creation through forward-looking analysis and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting, quarterly rolling forecast, and long-range planning process.
• Establish standardized planning assumptions, methodologies, and calendars.
• Deliver enterprise performance reporting to SLT/ELT/Board and investors.
• Own the enterprise multi-dimensional P&L framework across Product Category, Channel, Platform, and Plant.
• Oversee governance, data integrity, and alignment between actual results and forecasts.
