Job summary

C.H. Guenther is seeking a Sr. Demand Planning Manager to lead the demand planning process across business areas using customer insights, BI, and analytics. You will guide forecast analysts, drive volume projections, and align planning with financial goals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, development of forecasting strategies for new and discontinued products, and active participation in the S&OP process to optimize service levels and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, business analytics, statistics, mathematics or related STEM field.
• Master’s in business, supply chain, business analytics, or related STEM field preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain and 7+ years forecasting/demand planning; 5+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop valid Demand Plans and refine the continuous planning process.
• Coordinate with Forecast Analysts and stakeholders to incorporate launches, seasonality, events, and promotions.
• Develop long-range forecasting models and lead teams to meet service and inventory objectives.
• Lead monthly Demand Consensus reviews and identify risks/opportunities with action plans.
• Improve forecasting to support revenue and profit growth.
• Prepare reports and participate in the monthly S&OP process.
