Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial planning and analysis process for assigned departments, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Lead cross-functional financial initiatives with Art Studio, Sales, and Marketing to evaluate proposals and drive decisions.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards to monitor performance and identify risks or opportunities.
• Own recurring reporting for Sales, Art Studio, and other areas, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Drive deep-dive analyses (profitability, product lines, customer segments) with actionable recommendations.
• Champion process improvements and automation to scale financial operations and improve accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and ad hoc reports to influence strategy and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Accounting, Legal, and Master Data to ensure pricing programs are governed and reported.
• Monitor pricing, rebates, commissions, and customer profitability with proactive risk/opportunity identification.
