You will partner with senior leaders to translate large data sets into actionable insights, drive forecasting accuracy, and shape reporting and process improvements across the business.

The role requires 5+ years of FP&A/finance experience, strong Excel and BI tooling skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering clear, decision-focused analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience preparing forecasts, financial models, management reporting, and performance analyses.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial or BI reporting tools.

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver who enjoys working across functions, translating complex data into meaningful insights, and driving improvements in reporting, forecasting, and business processes. This position provides the opportunity to partner directly with senior leaders while contributing to both financial performance and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes, including analysis of financial results, variances, trends, and key business drivers.
• Develop financial and operational reporting that provides management with visibility into performance, risks, opportunities, and emerging business trends.
• Analyze large data sets to identify actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, governance, and overall business performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, helping leadership understand drivers of performance and areas for improvement.
• Support business planning activities by evaluating financial impacts, developing business cases, and assessing risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate and track strategic initiatives to ensure milestones, deliverables, and expected business outcomes remain on track.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation, process simplification, data visualization, and adoption of new analytical tools.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, summaries, and financial materials that clearly communicate business performance and recommendations.
• Build strong working relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted partner for financial and operational questions.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses that support evolving business priorities and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, business analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience preparing forecasts, financial models, management reporting, and performance analyses.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial or business intelligence reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate and timely results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to various levels of leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with VS Code, SQL, Snowflake, or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, or business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification.
• Experience supporting operations-focused or performance-driven organizations.
