Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to partner with the operations finance team. The role focuses on high-level reporting, data analytics, and translating operational activities into financial strategies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and building business cases for cost improvements across warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; an MBA is preferred.
• 6–9+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including budgeting processes.
• Operational & industry knowledge in logistics or supply chain is a major plus.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools; SAP experience preferred.
• Korean language is preferred; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Build complex financial models and variance reports for key accounts.
• Govern budget and forecast templates across warehousing, transport, and freight.
• Conduct monthly business reviews and variance analyses against plans.
• Partner with site leaders to coach on cost controls and improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, and finance teams on analytics.
