Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking an Operations Finance Manager to lead financial planning, modeling, and performance insights for our operations teams. Reporting to the Director of Operations Finance, you will translate complex operational activities into actionable financial strategies and identify cost‑improvement opportunities for our business.

This role thrives on cross‑functional collaboration with site leaders, operations, accounting, and business unit finance, delivering monthly reviews

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred.
6–9+ years FP&A experience with budgeting involvement.
Experience working with operations teams; logistics/supply chain is a plus.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint proficiency; familiarity with AI tools (Gemini/Claude).
SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; build complex financial models.
Own governance of budget and forecast templates across warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding.
Conduct monthly business reviews and variance analyses against budgets and forecasts.
Partner with facility operators to coach cost controls and build business cases for improvements.
Collaborate with operations, accounting, and finance teams to understand cost drivers.
