Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Autos Strategic Finance team in Seattle, WA. You will own financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis to shape financial strategy and drive data-driven decisions in collaboration with business development, marketing, and account management leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a related analytical role.
• 3+ years of headcount planning, capacity planning, workforce management, or related operational planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end headcount and capacity planning, including workforce forecasting, hiring plans, staffing requirements, resource allocation, and budget alignment with HR.
• Drive productivity and efficiency management by defining metrics, monitoring trends, and improving resource utilization.
• Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, planning, variance analysis, and performance reporting with actionable insights.
• Build and manage financial models to forecast outcomes and track operating metrics.
• Partner with leaders to align financial and operating plans with strategic priorities.
• Own goal-setting and performance management, tracking progress and providing insights.
• Drive AI adoption across finance by deploying AI agents to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.
