Strategic FP&A Lead for Manufacturing Operations

Job summary

The EXALTA Group seeks a Senior Analyst in Finance to partner with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Plant Leadership. You will lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting and analysis to improve operational performance.

You will prepare monthly financials, build and track operational KPIs, support annual budget and long-range plans, and provide actionable insights on labor, material costs, inventory, and capital expenditures.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience (5+ years) in Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar) background, preferably in a global industrial manufacturing environment and in positions with increasing responsibility
• Engaging leader with strong analytical, financial and systems skills
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience in a private equity environment is a plus
• Limited travel required (25%)

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze MUV and labor utilization across multiple sites
• Evaluate and report on WIP usage and variances
• Set and measure savings targets with Plant Directors
• Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations
• Ad hoc reporting requirements, as necessary
