Job summary

EXALTA Group seeks a Senior Analyst in finance to partner with Operations, Procurement, and Plant Leadership. You will provide financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analytic support to drive operational performance and informed decisions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI development, and standardizing management reporting with Senior Director of Finance. Travel up to 25% is expected; remote work is possible. MBA and PE exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience (5+ years) in FP&A or similar.
• Engaging leader with strong analytical, financial and systems skills.
• MBA preferred; Private equity experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze MUV and labor utilization across multiple sites.
• Evaluate and report on WIP usage and variances.
• Set and measure savings targets with Plant Directors.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and presentations.
• Ad hoc reporting requirements, as necessary.
