Rocket Mortgage is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A in Detroit to partner with senior leadership and own planning, forecasting, and reporting for the personal finance portfolio. You will build financial models, create executive dashboards, and provide insight into revenue, expenses, and cash flow to drive strategic decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related finance experience.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting processes.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own FP&A calendar and ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for assigned business lines.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and headcount decisions.
• Create executive dashboards and reporting to show financial performance and drivers.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, and operational metrics to identify opportunities.
