Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Finance Manager to join the FP&A team. The role supports Aerospace Cost Management, providing financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to drive performance.

The position reports to the Cost CFO/Sr. Finance Director and requires coordinating with Aero finance partners to develop solid financial plans, perform month-end close, and deliver meaningful reports for senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
Excellent analytical ability, financial knowledge and business acumen for evaluating business transactions.
Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to present complex analysis clearly.
Ability to identify subtle patterns within financial data and detect issues.
Experience developing forecasts and operating plans.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis and insights to deliver and improve monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Communicate financial results and metrics on a timely basis.
Develop financial projections for short-range outlook and quarterly cycles.
Support Annual Operating Plan, month-end close, actuals reporting and variance analyses.
Drive continuous improvement within cost management processes for robust financial support.
Perform ad hoc tactical and strategic financial analyses.
Collaborate with finance and business partners to identify opportunities and risks.
Mentor and train new team members.
