Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to lead the finance team and drive strategic planning, forecasting, and reporting across the organization. In this executive role, you will own the annual budget, monthly close, board materials, and liquidity planning, partnering with the CFO and business leaders to improve profitability and operational performance.

A strong track record in FP&A leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance with leadership experience.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling in mid-size to large orgs.
• Strong cash flow, working capital, and balance sheet management background.
• Proven lender/investor reporting and covenant management experience preferred.
• Experience with fast-growth, M&A-driven or highly operational environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/FP&A certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated annual budget and quarterly forecast processes with cross-functional alignment.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and BU leaders to develop data-driven forecasts and risk/opportunity analyses.
• Oversee monthly close, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting with KPI insights.
• Prepare materials for Board and lenders; communicate complex data clearly.
• Drive strategic analyses, ROI, and business cases for new initiatives and potential acquisitions.
• Manage a 2-3 person FP&A team; mentor, coach, and develop talent.
