Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a senior FP&A position.
• Leadership experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• Must have recent experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide financial planning and forecasting.
• Strong financial modeling expertise supporting strategic planning and capital allocation.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business recommendations.
• Demonstrated success leading finance teams and driving process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision making.
• Build and enhance financial models used to evaluate business opportunities and investments.
