Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in managerial finance and/or financial reporting, with 5+ years leading people.
• Experience managing multiple ERP systems consolidated into one financial reporting platform.
• Experience managing multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Mentor, coach, and evaluate the FP&A team; set goals and priorities.
• Establish performance objectives and drive process improvements.
• Partner with operational leaders to support strategy and decision-making.
• Lead development of metric-driven financial analysis.
• Oversee timely communication of insights and variances vs plan/forecast.
• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements.
• Identify opportunities to increase business knowledge and visibility.
• Lead strategic initiatives for efficiency and improvements.
• Benchmark against peers and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee review of reconciliations, journals, and significant estimates.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes; collaborate on analysis and modeling.
• Work with Treasury, SSC, IT to develop/maintain processes and solutions.
• Support Acquisition Integration in analytics and onboarding.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
