Motion Industries in the United States seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with Group VPs, delivering proactive insights into financial performance and guiding world-class leadership of the finance function.

This role leads a team, establishing best practices, developing KPI-driven analytics, and coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements, while driving efficiency and cost management across the organization.

Formación

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. A master's degree is preferred.
• Typically requires seven (7) or more years of managerial finance and/or financial reporting experience with five (5) or more years of experience in leading people.
• Requires experience managing multiple ERP systems consolidated into one financial reporting platform.

Responsabilidades

• Mentors, coaches, and evaluates NA FP&A team; sets goals and priorities.
• Establishes and monitors employee performance objectives; introduces best practices and process improvements.
• Establishes strong partnerships with operational leaders to support strategy and decision-making.
• Leads development of metric-driven financial analysis.
• Oversees timely communication of actionable insights and variances vs plan and forecast for all metrics.
• Leads preparation of Group level monthly, quarterly, and year-end statements.
• Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge and visibility within the organization.
• Leads strategic initiatives focusing on operational efficiency and improvements.
