• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop financial models that support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and business decisions.
• Monitor business performance against budget and forecast, identifying key drivers of variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Partner with business leaders to improve forecast accuracy and financial accountability.
• Deliver meaningful financial analysis on revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, cash flow, and profitability.
• Analyze sales trends, customer profitability, pricing, inventory, and operational performance.
• Develop executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting to provide timely business insights.
• Prepare presentations and financial materials for executive leadership and ownership.
