Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Senior Director of FP&A based in the United States to lead cross‑BU planning, forecasting, and reporting in a high‑impact finance organization.

You will partner with CFO and senior FP&A leaders to standardize processes, drive data‑driven insights, and deliver executive materials for boards, investors, and lenders, all while managing ambiguity and change across teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years FP&A/finance experience, multi‑BU exposure.
• 8+ years leadership experience.
• Experience with Board/investor reporting preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑BU FP&A process improvement initiatives and standardized workflows.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting enhancements for transparency and scalability.
• Own strategic/ad hoc projects including financial modeling and cross‑functional分析.
• Support monthly consolidation of BU results into enterprise-level packages.
• Collaborate with CFO and senior FP&A to prepare investor updates and board materials.
• Influence teams and drive change without formal authority.
