Job summary

RTS Management, Inc. seeks a Director of Strategy & FP&A to shape RTS's strategic priorities while leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

You will own the Board materials, translate complex data into a cohesive narrative, and partner closely with the CFO and CEO on how strategy drives financial performance. The role blends strategy, finance, and operations, requiring hands-on modeling, executive storytelling, and ability to present at the Board level for RTS's global esports,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, FP&A, or related.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience owning Board-level presentations and executive synthesis.
• Strong Excel and financial/analytical modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace including Slides and Sheets.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end Board of Directors presentation process with clear narrative.
• Partner with CFO/CEO to connect strategy, performance, risks, and priorities.
• Translate finance/operational data into concise, decision-oriented materials.
• Lead and develop FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
